Yes. Whether you would like a small personalised arrangement or a larger celebration display, I’ll help you choose the best option for your space and budget. Every design is quoted honestly, with no pressure to add extras you do not need.
02How do I receive an exact quote?
Please send your event date and location, the type and size of decoration you would like, your preferred colours or theme, any personalised wording, and an inspiration photo if you have one. I’ll then prepare a quote tailored to your requirements.
03How far in advance should I book?
Please enquire as soon as your date is confirmed. Availability varies, and earlier booking gives us more time to source the perfect colours and personalised details.
04Which areas do you cover?
Iris Events is based in Bishop’s Stortford and serves nearby areas across Hertfordshire and Essex. Delivery is quoted separately according to location.
05Can you match my theme and colours?
Yes. Every creation can be tailored around your chosen colours, theme, wording and occasion, subject to material availability.
06How do I secure my booking?
Your date is secured after you accept your personalised quote and pay the required booking payment. Full details are available in the Booking Terms.
07Can I send you an inspiration photo?
Absolutely. Use the WhatsApp button to send your inspiration, event date and preferred colours, and I’ll help you shape the final design.
