A £15 booking payment applies to orders up to £60. A £30 booking payment applies to orders between £61 and £120. Orders over £120 and venue installations may require a booking payment of 30% of the total price. The booking payment is deducted from the final balance.
For event décor and larger installations, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. For smaller collection or delivery orders, the remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery. An order may not be supplied or installed while payment remains outstanding.
If you cancel, Iris Events may retain an amount reasonably required to cover materials already purchased, personalised or non-resellable items, work already completed, and other direct losses caused by the cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses, and any payment above the reasonable costs incurred will be refunded.
Please request changes as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may alter the final price. Major changes requested within 7 days of the event may not be possible once materials have been ordered or personalisation has started.
Delivery and installation charges are quoted separately where applicable. The customer is responsible for providing correct access details and ensuring the venue permits the agreed installation. Delays or additional work caused by unavailable access may result in an additional reasonable charge.
Balloon life varies with temperature, sunlight, wind, handling and the environment. Outdoor décor may move, fade or deflate more quickly, so its condition after installation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been collected, delivered or accepted after installation, Iris Events is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, pets, children, sharp objects, heat or weather.
Children must be supervised around balloons and decorative accessories. Broken or uninflated balloons can present a choking hazard and should be disposed of immediately. Balloons must not be deliberately released outdoors.
If Iris Events must cancel and cannot provide an agreed suitable alternative, payments received for the undelivered order will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Paying the booking payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the quotation and these Booking Terms. Please keep a copy of your quotation and payment confirmation.
